Tickets to Musica Viva Australia performances purchased through Musica Viva Australia online, over the phone, by mail or in-person are subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Tickets for performances are non-refundable, except if a performance is cancelled.
  2. Exchanges are only allowed for subscription tickets and are subject to availability.
  3. Patrons who arrive late will not be allowed to enter the auditorium until there is a suitable break in the performance, which may not occur until the first intermission. Latecomers may not be seated in their assigned seats; instead, they will be placed in an alternate seat closer to an entrance to minimize disruption for other attendees. This decision is at the discretion of the venue staff.
  4. Photography and all forms of recording are strictly prohibited.
  5. All mobile phones must be turned to silent / flight mode before the performance starts.
  6. Musica Viva Australia and its performance venues maintain the right to refuse admission when necessary. Patrons who disrupt a performance will be promptly removed from the venue. Entrance to the performance venue is at the patron's own risk, and we expect all attendees to respect the experience for everyone.
  7. Proof of concession must be carried at all times and presented upon request.
  8. Tickets for Musica Viva Australia performances and events must not be sold for more than 110% of the original purchase price, as stated on the ticket. This policy is fully in accordance with the anti-scalping legislation in New South Wales and Victoria.

Venue Terms and Conditions 

Tickets purchased from Musica Viva Australia are also subject to applicable terms and conditions of the performance venue, and all attendees are required to follow the venue's terms and conditions.

Tickets purchased through third-party agents and venues

Tickets for our performances can be bought through approved third-party agents (such as Todaytix and Ticketek) and at our performance venues. However, these tickets are subject to the seller’s terms and conditions and may attract additional booking fees.

If you purchase tickets for Musica Viva Australia performances via third-party agents and venues and have inquiries or need to request changes for tickets, please contact the company where you made your purchase. They are equipped to assist you with your options.
