For many years, MVA have kept our prices unchanged to ensure that our programs remain accessible to as many students as possible. However, to continue delivering our programs, we have had to implement a small price increase to $10.50 per student.
A non-refundable deposit of $200, per group booked, is payable when a school books a program. This deposit will be deducted from your final invoice.
All Musica Viva Australia In Schools’ programs are GST free.
Financial Assistance
Musica Viva Australia is able to offer financial assistance to schools in need through our Equal Music program.
Support is available for low ICSEA and small schools, and for students facing financial or geographical barriers that would otherwise prohibit them from participating.

Financial assistance
We are proud to provide financial assistance to schools in need through our Equal Music program. Equal Music is an initiative that provides financial assistance to schools which cannot ordinarily access the Musica Viva Australia In Schools program because of location, size or level of resources.
We provide two types of support:
If you are a small school and can’t meet the minimum required number of students (150) for a concert, Equal Music can provide a ‘waiver to minimum’ to cover the gap.
If your students are disadvantaged through socio-economic circumstances or location (low ICSEA), Equal Music can provide a subsidy for the cost of the concert or student travel.
In both circumstances, you may apply for the subsidy on the booking form, by ticking the relevant box and your application will be assessed by your state manager.
This program aims to help schools to become self-sustaining over a period of three years. Despite this, we understand that in some situations a school may never be able to access the program without external support. Our State Managers will take the time to get to know your particular needs and will consult with you about the best level of support we can offer.
